Simply contact us, providing us with your name and order number, we will provide you with return instructions for refunds. Please make sure you send the watch back in new, unused condition, with original packaging and we will be happy to provide you with either a full refund of the purchase price or a store credit twoard an exchange (excluding shipping & handling charges).

If you do not receive the order confirmation email 2~3 minutes after the order is placed, please make sure you check your junk mails before contacting us for support.
Shipping preparation includes, but not limited to, time setting, watch and package condition examinations, watch battery replacement, taking photographic evidence for high value items before shipments, dust removal, cleaning. We intend to make sure every timepiece that we ship out is in perfect condition. You may notice that the watch displays correct time and all the plastic films are still on upon first receipt. Our staffs actually set the time, checked the watch and applied the films before the shipment. That is how thorough we are! So that you will receive your perfect watch.
If watch batteries need replacement, it will take around 1~2 business days to get the battery changed, we do it if the watch stopped in our warehouse or by your email request.
Many people do not know that when the watch is manufactured, a new battery is put in. But the time elapsed between it was made and received is on average 3~6 months or more. Hence it happens sometimes the watch dies within the first 3 months of you receiving it. Sometimes even after a few weeks or days. Watch battery is not covered under warranty. If it happens, we cannot pay for you to get the battery replaced.

We currently have 5 different warehouses allocated in Amsterdam Netherlands, Huston Texas USA, Sydney Australia, Hongkong and Singapore. We will ship the watch from different locations based on customer orders and our stock availability. We cannot guarantee if the order will be sent from your country. But we will do everything to make sure that you are not charged for custom duties if we have to send it from other countries. Hover we are not liable for any custom duties or taxes if occurs. We will ensure that you receive the watch within the given time frame.

We do not have a store or showroom in Sydney. Since we do not have a showroom or store, we do not pay for the costs of maintaining one. Saving costs is one key reason that we can provide the prices we offered in our site. However, you do not have to worry if the watch will not fit your wrist. You are welcome to check those watches in your local store and you will be surprised to know that the watch you receive from us will be exactly the same as the one you checked.

We get this question asked a lot during our everyday operation. We are an international seller with extensive knowledge and network in Jewelry business. All the items are carefully examined and packed before shipments. We made sure we have the lowest costs and best service. We make profits by large turnovers rather than individual product margins.
Some suppliers do require upfront payments for us to get the discounted prices. Hence we may wait for you paypal payments to clear before sending shipment (3-5 business days). If you cannot wait, we will refund you immediately.
All our items are covered under two(2) years DesignerWatchComAu Store/Website/Company Warranty. All warranty claims are handled by us as the company.
Please contact us to confirm the issues prior to sending the watch back to us for warranty repair. We will try our best handling your warranty repair within 2 weeks. All watches sold in Australia are returned to our Sydney repair center. Other regions will be posted back to Hongkong for repair.
The two (2) years warranty period start from the original date of purchase. During this period, the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of repair charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
In case of replacement, Designers Watch cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends two (2) years from the date the replacement watch is received.
Designer branded watches normally have "30 M" or "50 M" water resistance. However it does not mean they can be used under 30 meters or 50 meters deep water. Please refer to "ISO 2281 water reistant watches standard" for detail conditions & standard definitions.
It is generally not recommended to use watches while swimming or showering. Temperature is the key factor that affects the water resistance. All the water tests are conducted in cold water or room temperature with a constant temperature. The fluctuations of temperature will cause the rubber seal to expand or shrink and subsequently impact the resistance. Based on our experience, those watches with chronographs and many buttons have much weaker water resistance. Chemicals in everyday liquids, sweats, perfumes, water from swimming pools, or shampoo also have negative effect on leather band and color toned bands. Those liquids can cause the band to deteriorate or discolor at a faster rate. Hence cares are needed when handling those items. With good care, our watches should last you a very long time.
Designers Watch accepts four payment types:
Paypal charges us a very high surcharge and hold the payments until we provide the tracking to you, (we need to capture payments from paypal, update shipping tracking to you and to paypal, lots of extra work!) due to the category of the products we retail. Due to the prices we currently have and work involved, we need to charge a surcharge to cover our costs. All paypal payment will come with 5% increase in price. We are very sorry for this. But you can check around, most sellers offer paypal will charge a higher price due to the work involved and payments hold.
Additionally, for some products, our suppliers ask for payment upfront for us to receive the discount prices. Hence we can only ship the watch once the payment is cleared (15 business days after the payment is made, without uploading the tracking). You will be notified by us if it is the case. If you cannot wait, we will refund immediately.
All credit card payments will incur 2.4% surcharge. It is to cover our processing fees for merchant facility and the insurance for credit card fraud protection.
All bank transfer will not incur any surcharges. The bank details will be provided upon checkout and you will receive the details via emails as well. If you do not receive the emails, please check your junk mail before contacting us for support. Please make sure you reply to the order confirmation email with the details of your bank transfer transaction. Please put your last name and the last four digit of your order number as the transaction description, ie. 100004432, by Jess Annandale. Please enter "4432Annandale" as the reference. Normally once the payment is cleared, you will receive an invoice. If you do not receive the invoice by email 2 business days after you making the payment, please contact us.
Cash on delivery will incur 10%~20% service fees via Australia Post. The fees is charged by Australia Post in addition to the postage as service fees. You will receive pick up slip when the parcel arrives. You can collect the parcel from Australia Post outlet. The payment will be made over the counter and the service fees will be calculated based on the locations of the sender and recipient. We will need 20% deposit paid to our bank if you choose to use the service in case that you decide not to collect the parcel so we can pay Australia Post to have it back. The remaining 80% will be paid upon pick up. The service fees will be based on the 80% you need to pay upon pickup. Please note this payment method is only available in Australia. Please note there is no internet tracking for COD, there will be a COD number which can be used as reference, but it will not work as tracking number. The delivery timeframe for COD is around 10~15 business days from Sydney to any regions outside NSW. 5~10 business days from Sydney to NSW.
No restocking fees will apply to return under 30 days money back guarantee. A full refund will be issued with no questions asked if you return the item in original condition within 30 days of your first receipt of the item.
10% domestic tax (GST) is included in all prices. Oversea orders (countries other than Australia) will have 10% gst excluded from the prices.
Designers Watch does NOT assess duties for an international orders, furthermore International orders are subject to applicable customs, and import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of you the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.
