Delivery Information

General Shipping Information

    • Standard free delivery applies to all watch orders. Overs over 600 AUD come with free 3~5 business days delivery.
    • All shipments come with tracking numbers that can be used to track their deliveries either online or over the phone.
    • Please make sure your address is up to date and correct. Please make sure you provide your mobile number when placing the order for an easier delivery. Up to 50 dollars redelivery fees apply if you fail to collect the parcel in time or the parcel is returned due to incorrect address.
    • Free standard shipping will be shipped from Hongkong with Hongkong Post and tracking number. Other shipping options will have the products shipped from the country that the order is placed.
    • If the item ordered is not available in the warehouse of your country, we may need to ship them from our Hongkong, America or Netherland warehouse. Our goal is to ensure that the watch arrive within the given time frame. We will be paying for the shipping costs.
    • If your country is not in the dropdown list provided. Please put Australia as default and enter your address in full (including country) in the remaining address bars. We will ship the item to the correct address.

 

Shipping Preparation

Shipping preparation includes, but not limited to, time setting, watch and package condition examinations, watch battery replacement, taking photographic evidence for high value items before shipments, dust removal, cleaning. We intend to make sure every timepiece that we ship out is in perfect condition. You may notice that the watch displays correct time and the films are still with it upon first receipt. Please note that our staffs actually set the time, checked the watch and applied the films before the shipment. That is how thorough we are! So that you will receive your perfect watch.

If the watch battery needs replacement, it will take around 1~2 business days, as we need to get it done by professional watch repairers.

Many people do not know that when the watch is manufactured, a new battery is put in. But the time elapsed between it was first made and received by customer is on average 3~6 months or more. Hence it happens sometimes the watch may die within the first 3 months of you receiving it. Sometimes even after a few weeks or days. Watch battery is not covered under warranty. If it happens, we cannot pay for you to get the battery replaced. But we will make sure we replace the watch battery if the battery already died or requrested by you before shipping.

Please note it will take around 1~2 business days for the battery to be replaced, possibly more if the battery is not available at the time and needs to be ordered in.

Shipping Insurance & Cover

We provide signature on delivery and insurance for selected deliveries. Please check the image to see the comparison.

In both cases:

  • if the parcel is lost during transit, ie the tracking does not show it is delivered at all. We will resend you the watch after 5~7 business days, just so Australia Post can complete their investigation and it does not show up after all.
  • if the tracking shows it is delivered, but you report to us saying that you have not receive it. We cannot resend you the watch if signature on delivery and insurance is included. Because it is compulsory to have the signature of the recipient for insurance policy to cover the lost of the claim. You can lodge a "dispute of delivery" with Australia Post or Couriersplease, they will resolve this for you.

 

Shipping to Australia, UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Japan, Korea and the rest of the world

We currently have 5 different warehouses allocated in Amsterdam Netherlands, Huston Texas USA, Sydney Australia, Hongkong and Singapore. We will ship the watch from different locations based on customer orders and our stock availability. We cannot guarantee if the order will be sent from your country. But we will do everything to make sure that you are not charged for custom duties if we have to send it from other countries. However we will not be liable if there is any custom duties and taxes for your order. We will ensure that you receive the watch within the given time frame.
